Holding your seat
Your seat is held for five working days from the date of the invoice. If we have not received your proof of payment by then, the seat goes back into the pool. Places are limited and courses do fill.
If your organisation’s payment run falls outside that window, tell us. Email contact@behaviourchange.africa and we will hold your seat — we would far rather know than lose you to a procurement cycle.
Paying from outside South Africa
Our invoices are issued in US Dollars (USD). Please pay the USD amount shown on the invoice.
Two things worth knowing before you pay:
- Bank charges. Please instruct your bank that the sender covers all transfer charges, sometimes shown as “OUR” on the payment form. If charges are deducted along the way, the amount that reaches us is short and we have to come back to you for the difference.
- Timing. Cross-border transfers usually take three to five working days to reflect. Send us the proof of payment as soon as you have made the transfer rather than waiting for it to clear. The proof is what confirms your seat, not the clearance.

Questions
Can I pay by card?
Not yet. A card payment option is coming. For now everything runs by invoice and EFT.
When do I get my joining link?
Within one working day of us receiving your proof of payment, and again three days before the course.
What if I can no longer attend?
Tell us at least three days before the course and we will move you to the next available date at no charge.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Delegates receive a Certificate of Successful Completion from the Behaviour Change Academy on full participation. Certificates are emailed within ten working days of the course.
